A quick healthy breakfast with complex carbohydrates to get you through the morning.


Breakfast Oats with Fruit and Yogurt

  • 5 ounces dry oats
  • 1 orange
  • 3 strawberries
  • 5 ounces non-fat plain yogurt
  • 3 ounces non-fat milk


  1. Place oats in bowl.
  2. Slice fruit and place on top.
  3. Add-in yogurt.
  4. Finish by adding the milk and serve.


Wait to put the milk on until you are ready to serve so the oats do not become too soft.
